We celebrated the start of Thanksgiving break with Eta Sigma Gamma Delta Rho, a health science honorary society at CSUF, by getting close and personal with the ocean's ultimate predators during Shark Lagoon nights at the Aquarium of the Pacific. Members had the opportunity to touch bamboo sharks and see various large sharks in the Aquarium's Shark Lagoon. Coffee, hot cocoa, desserts, and snacks was also available for purchase. This was our first joint social with another honor society from our school. There was a great turnout. NSCS members were able to mingle with members from ESG and learned more about their organization. Afterwards, we decided to have dinner at Islands, in the Pike Outlets near the Aquarium and walked around the outlet. All in the all, it was a fun night with everyone.
