Beechwood's Intergalactic 5K Run/Walk

We helped to facilitate the event so that it ran smoothly by collecting the chips that tracked each runner’s time. We stood by the finish line and reminded each runner (both children and adults) that they needed to return their trackers before they left or they would be charged five dollars. This Star Wars themed 5k run/walk supports the Beechwood Foundation (an organization that has helped dozens of schools successfully implement various academic programs and events). By volunteering, we helped young children reach their potential and grow academically.
